Tickets are not eligible to refund or exchange, unless the concert is cancelled.
No duplicate tickets will be issued.
Tickets booked by telephone must be paid within 48 hours, after which they could be released for sale without notice. In the event of strong demand or sold-out concerts, the OPMC reserves the right to ask for immediate payment.
Wherever possible, customers can choose their own seat. However, under no circumstances may they claim exclusive use of a chair, even for subscriptions. The OPMC reserves the right to change the allocation of a seat, without any right to reimbursement.
Reduced-price tickets are not eligible for e-ticketing; proof must be provided before tickets are collected.
No discount can be applied after the tickets have been paid.
It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit a ticket in any way whatsoever.
The ticket is only valid for the concert it relates to, on the date, at the time and under the conditions shown on the ticket. It must be kept until the end of the event.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse any person who might disrupt the concert, without refund.
Animals are not allowed (with the exception of guide dogs).
BUSINESS ATTIRE REQUIRED (jacket and tie are MANDATORY for gentlemen, elegant dress for ladies). T-shirts, shorts, Bermuda shorts and flip-flops prohibited. Access may be refused in the event of non-compliance (without refund).
Photos and videos are forbidden inside the Palace and during the concert. The use of telephones during the concert is forbidden.
Doors opening at 8.45pm at the Palace. Once the Palace doors have been closed at 9:30pm, you may be denied access (without refund). Concert without intermission.
The consumption of food or drink is forbidden in the Cour d’Honneur.
Parking: parking available in Place du Palais from 7pm (subject to availability). Parking des pêcheurs lot nearby.
Children under 3 years of age are not allowed in the concert hall, and children under 5 years of age are not recommended. Children must have a ticket and be accompanied by an adult responsible for their behavior.
In the event of bad weather preventing the concert from taking place, there will be no postponement or rescheduling, and tickets will be refunded. The same applies if the concert has to be interrupted before half of its total duration. In case of doubt, please call +377 93 25 17 38 after 7pm, or consult the opmc.mc website or the orchestra’s social networks.
To make it easier for them to attend, people with reduced mobility who need to keep their wheelchairs with them during the concert must indicate this at the time of booking at the box office or by calling +377 92 00 13 70.
A second box office is also available at the Grimaldi Forum for this concert: + 377 99 99 20 00. The box office is open Tuesday to Saturday from 12pm to 7pm, and on the day of the concert from 8pm (subject to availability).
